Data mining for gene sequencing for La Verne/LCHS iGem Team
The purpose of this project is to create an IOS-based apps to browse and search over 20,000 documented parts based on the iGEM registry. A custom database is created to store all the documented parts from iGEM registry and an IOS app is developed to search and broswe these parts by part type, chassis, function, and more.
WooFu Tech is also committed to develop back-end PHP and ASP.NET programs that support database query (mySQL and Microsoft
SQL) for gene sequencing (modeling and data sharing ), data logging for various mobile apps, and cloud computing for real-world
applications that require computational power, especially convolutional neural network (CNN)-based applications.
